REVNGU does not offer refunds. All purchases are considered final once an order has been placed.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. Exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must remain attached and/or included.
• Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted for exchange.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with an exchange unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to an error by REVNGU.
• Exchange requests are subject to product and size availability.

REVNGU reserves the right to deny an exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact REVNGU as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so our team can review the issue.

Items damaged after delivery due to wear, improper care, or handling are not considered defective.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, clearance items, promotional items, and certain limited-release products may not be eligible for exchange.
