Thank you for shopping with REVNGU. We work to ensure every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it is shipped.

During new releases, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping time begins after the processing period has been completed. Estimated delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by REVNGU.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier operations, or other circumstances outside of REVNGU's control may occur.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review your information before submitting your order.

REVNGU is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to REVNGU because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the package resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

REVNGU is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation or claim.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to REVNGU due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or failure to retrieve the package may require an additional shipping fee before the order can be reshipped.

Please Note

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not necessarily shorten REVNGU's order processing time.
